Chicken Soup Casserole

Ingredients

  • 2 Cans of Chicken Broth
  • 8 Tbsp Butter
  • Celery
  • Carrots
  • Onions
  • Rice or Egg Noodles
  • 1lb chicken
  • 1 ½ Sleeve of Ritz

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 400
  2. Cook Chicken and rice fully and shred the chicken when finished.
  3. Grease a casserole pan and layer the bottom with rice or noodles.
  4. Dice celery, carrots, and onions and spread on top of rice or noodles.
  5. Spread chicken on top of veggies.
  6. Mix melted butter and chicken broth together and pour over the casserole.
  7. Crush crackers and sprinkle them on top of the casserole.
  8. Bake for 30 mins or until crackers are brown.

Notes & Tips

  • You could use cream of chicken instead of chicken broth.
