Cranberry Sauce

Ingredients

  • 12oz Cranberries
  • ½ Cup Sugar
  • ½ Cup Orange Juice
  • ½ Cup Sugar
  • ½ Cup Water

Directions

  1. In a saucepan dissolve the sugar in water and orange juice.
  2. Stir in cranberries and cook on medium-high until they start to pop about 10 minutes.
  3. Mash with a masher and cook on medium until almost desired thickness is reached, the sauce will thicken more as it cools.
  4. Allow to cool and transfer to bowl.

Notes & Tips

  • You can add other desired flavors such as apple juice or liqueur.
